Our Leadership
Alabaster Grimace Sobek-Reptilla, Esq. (He, him) is the founder and executive partner of Allitigator, LLC. Mr. Sobek-Reptilla focuses his practice on complex business trials and arbitrations, as well as shareholder derivative actions, particularly for the oil and gas industries. Mr. Sobek-Reptilla is experienced as lead counsel in complex business trials and arbitrations and has appeared as counsel in all states which permit animal lawyers to practice law. Due to his dedicated pro bono efforts, he is also considered an expert in riparian doctrine and the protection of swamps. He received his Alligator J.D. ("A.J.D.") magna cum laude from Alligator Mississippiensis Law School in southern Florida in 1992.
Mr. Sobek-Reptilla was honored as Best Alligator Attorney by Alligators Esq Magazine in 2009-10, 2012-2020, and 2022.

Our Associates
Taylor "Boots" O'Leatherford, Esq. (They, them) is a first-generation African-American LGBTQ attorney. Boots focuses on zealous advocacy in high-stakes commercial disputes. They received their A.J.D. summa cum laude from HarvYale Law School, where they served as Editor in Chief of the HarvYale Law Review, in 2016. Prior to joining Allitigator, LLC, Boots clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Elena Kagan.

Archibald "Chewy" Munchmeister (He, him) has not yet passed the bar, but he assists with white collar litigation for large companies and high net worth individuals in state, federal, and reptile court. He has that "it" factor, is clearly partner material, and has not missed a deadline since Mr. Sobek-Reptilla started holding Boots accountable for his work. He is always present for firm happy hours and golf tournaments to build strong relationships with the partners. He received his A.J.D. from Alligator Mississippiensis Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the Journal on International Animal Rights, in 2022.
